Your first visit is a no-cost experience designed for you to see our space, meet our team, and understand how we can help your child.

See our therapy rooms, sensory spaces, and play areas. We show you where and how we work.

Clinical observation

While your child explores, our therapists observe how they communicate, play, and interact — no pressure, no formal testing.

A conversation about your concerns

We listen to your worries, answer questions, and talk about what you've noticed at home or school.

Clear next steps

We explain whether a formal evaluation would be beneficial, what it would cover, and guide you through your payment options — medical insurance or FES-UA scholarship through Step Up for Students.

The Family Orientation visit is at no cost and no commitment. No referral is needed. Clinical evaluation and therapy services are provided following this visit and may require insurance authorization or scholarship enrollment.
